A joint BAE Systems and Lost Wax team have won the Chairman’s Award 2007 for Transferring Best Practice in the Logistics & Information Systems division.
The team won the award for implementing FleetSim, a key component in the BAE Systems e-Capability Service. FleetSim, implemented using the Aerogility COTS product, provides powerful decision-support for the UK Fleet Planners managing ATTAC – the strategic availability contract for the UK Tornado fleet valued in the region of £1.5 billion.
