Media Luna orders an AW Grand |

AgustaWestland has received an order for one AW Grand light helicopter.
US company Media Luna has signed a contract for one AgustaWestland (AW) Grand light twin-turbo engine helicopter.
The helicopter will be used by the Latt Maxcy Corporation to conduct executive transport missions between citrus groves around Florida.
The Grand is the third AW helicopter that Media Luna has purchased, and will allow Latt Maxcy Corporation to cover its operations in seven different counties around the Sunshine State.
According to AW, the Grand has fast cruise speed and low fuel consumption with impressive operational availability and serviceability.
The company's top-of-the-range light twin helicopter, the Grand has been ordered over 270 times by more than 140 different customers around the world.
In related news, AW received an order earlier this month for two AW139 medium twin helicopters.
The contract was signed by Chevron, which now has a total of six of the helicopters in its fleet. |
