Aerogility Appoints Malcolm Bridgeford as New Chief Executive Officer

Aerogility is pleased to announce the appointment of Malcolm Bridgeford as its new Chief Executive Officer. The appointment of Aerogility’s former COO, Malcolm Bridgeford, as CEO marks a new chapter for the company, with Gary Vickers retiring from executive responsibilities and remaining on the Board.

This strategic leadership transition marks a significant milestone in Aerogility’s journey as it continues to deliver advanced AI-based digital twin solutions for the aerospace, defence sectors and beyond. Malcolm brings a wealth of experience in driving technology innovation, delivering key capabilities for the defence industry and operational excellence across global markets, and he is well-positioned to lead Aerogility into its next phase of growth.

Gary Vickers has played a crucial role in shaping Aerogility’s vision and long-standing relationships with clients and partners. Under his leadership, the company has built a strong reputation for enabling complex organisations to transform planning and decision-making. Gary will remain actively involved in the business as a member of the Board of Directors, continuing to offer strategic counsel and support.

Speaking on the transition, Gary Vickers said: “It has been an honour, and I am incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved together, and I have every confidence in Malcolm’s leadership. His experience and vision will undoubtedly take Aerogility to new heights.”
