Aerogility is delighted to announce the appointment of Andy Murphy as Head of Defence & OEMs.
Andy will be responsible for developing, managing, and growing Aerogility’s sales and partnerships within the defence industry. His focus will be on strengthening Aerogility’s relationships with key stakeholders across the industry, while driving the company’s expansion into new programmes and markets.
With more than 20 years of experience in the defence and aerospace industries, Andy brings deep knowledge of government and defence procurement processes, a strong understanding of the sector’s unique challenges, and a proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Throughout his career, he has worked with military organisations and major OEMs globally to deliver innovative, technology-driven solutions that improve operational readiness and efficiency.
The defence and aerospace landscape is undergoing rapid transformation, driven by the need for greater resilience and sustainability. In this environment, Andy’s appointment strengthens Aerogility’s position as a trusted partner to organisations managing complex fleets and mission-critical operations.
In his new role, Andy will lead Aerogility’s business development efforts across defence and OEM sectors, focusing on:
- Building strategic partnerships with global OEMs and defence primes.
- Expanding engagement with government and military customers to align Aerogility’s technology with evolving operational needs.
- Supporting innovation by contributing his sector expertise to Aerogility’s product development and customer success initiatives.
Andy’s leadership and experience will help ensure that Aerogility continues to deliver software that enables better, faster, and more confident decision-making across maintenance, logistics, fleet planning, and sustainment.
