We are currently looking for an experienced product-facing software developer to help us with the exciting product development innovations we are implementing. You would be able to work from the office or from home.

Skills & responsibilities

  • 5+ years’ experience using full-lifecycle J2EE development and multi-team IDE environments such as Eclipse with Subversion
  • 5+ years’ experience using Oracle & SQL Server
  • Experience of developing client-side applications in Vue, React or Angular (or similar JavaScript frameworks)
  • Ideally experience of developing GWT applications
  • User interface design skills
  • Product testing skills
  • Product documentation
  • Ability to design and implement product development ideas supporting our product roadmap
  • Able to develop solution architecture approaches to product ideas
  • Ability to mentor junior developers

Project Developer

We are currently looking for an experienced project software developer to help us with the new and existing project work we are doing for some of the biggest players in civil aviation and defence aerospace. You would be able to work from the office or from home, with opportunities to travel.

Skills & responsibilities

  • 5+ years’ experience using full-lifecycle J2EE development and multi-team IDE environments such as Eclipse and Subversion
  • 5+ years’ experience using Oracle/SQL Server
  • Ability to specify and document data requirements and map customer data onto Aerogility interfaces
  • Ability to do the manual preparation of data
  • Ability to create and document comprehensive testing at many different levels, covering all the main business process flows, decision points and outcomes
  • Ability to understand complex customer business requirements
  • Any experience in the following areas would be a big advantage: aviation, optimisation techniques, statistical analysis, maintenance scheduling and planning, multi-agent software

We are currently looking for an experienced business analyst to help us with the new and existing project work we are doing for some of the biggest players in civil aviation and defence aerospace. You would be able to work from the office or from home, with opportunities to travel.

Skills & responsibilities

  • Ability to understand and specify complex business processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Provide support for customers remotely and on site to support pre-sales and post-sales processes
  • Provide post-delivery customer support
  • Both on-site and offsite support for customer questions and understanding. Ability to identify solutions to issues
  • Account management, including providing an overview of post-delivery support to ensure successful project, identification of areas for next phase
  • Analyse customers’ needs and suggest upgrades or additional features to meet their requirements
  • Prepare and present training courses to customers
  • Ability to present to senior execs in large defence primes and aerospace companies
  • Provide developers with customers’ feedback to help identify potential new features or products
  • Liaise with sales team to win new business and increase sales
